The ITMP Agent Program is for relationship builders who want to discover opportunities, understand client needs, and support proposals and closing alongside ITMP.
Agents represent the brand with professionalism, log and qualify opportunities in HubSpot, and help connect clients with the right ITMP resources.
Affiliate enrollment does not grant Agent status. Agent applicants must qualify and receive separate ITMP approval.What we look for
- Relevant experience in events, design, DJ/production, audio visual, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional integrity, disciplined follow-through, and accurate CRM records.
- A record of achieving goals and a commitment to learning.

What does an ITMP affiliate do?
Affiliates introduce potential customers to ITMP’s Event Services, Design Lab, and Official Store. The agreement explains which referrals qualify and how commissions are earned.
How is the Agent Program different from the Affiliate Program?
Affiliates make introductions and earn commissions on eligible referrals under their affiliate agreement. Agents take a more active role in discovery, qualification, CRM documentation, and supporting proposals and closing. Agent acceptance requires qualification and separate ITMP approval. Joining as an affiliate does not automatically make you an Agent.
How do I qualify for the Agent Program?
Submit a résumé and cover letter to contact@itmp.com. ITMP evaluates relevant experience, communication and listening skills, professional judgment, follow-through, and your record of achieving goals. Applicants must qualify before being accepted. Agent responsibilities and compensation are covered separately from the affiliate agreement.
Am I committing when I send my details?
No. Sending your details requests an agreement for review. You review the terms and sign separately. Affiliate activation follows ITMP approval and countersignature.
Why do you need my legal name and email?
Your legal name identifies the party to the agreement. We verify that you can access this email, then use it for your agreement and partnership communications. Your legal name is self-reported; email verification does not prove legal identity.
Where can I find the commission rates and payment terms?
The affiliate agreement contains the commission rates, eligibility rules, referral requirements, and payment terms. Review those details before signing.
What will I receive after approval?
After ITMP approves and countersigns your agreement, your onboarding package includes your affiliate handbook, assigned affiliate page, and QR code.
Can I log in to see my referral activity?
An affiliate activity portal is being prepared. It is not available yet. The planned private area will show your referrals, their status, eligible commissions, and payouts.
